Deadtost Entertainment, developer behind the acclaimed ‘My Friend Pedro’, has announced his latest project, ‘Shotgun Cop Man’. This upcoming procedure platforms combine intensive action with a unique movement mechanic, to challenge the players to navigate the devil to navigate through hell.
In ‘Shotgun Cop Man’, players control a specificly designed hero, who uses firearms not only to combat enemies but also to cross the environment. By firing a gun or handgun on the ground, the recall moves the character in the air, which allows for dynamic and strategic movement through challenging levels filled with obstacles such as Bazsaw and hostile demons.
The game has a minimum art style, which focuses on providing a clear and attractive gameplay experience. Dedtost Entertainment emphasizes that this design option reduces cognitive loads, enableing players to focus on the book action and accurate platforming.
The ‘Shotgun Cop Man’ is ready to include around 150 levels in its main campaign, which offers a significant challenge for the players. Additionally, the game will provide an editor of an underlying level with the game steam workshop integration, allowing the users to create, share and find out custom levels, which will expand the recurrence of the game and promote a creative community.
Currently a demo is available with 17 levels. SteamyGives players an initial opportunity to experience the mechanics and challenges of the game. Full release later on PC and Nintendo switch in 2025, determined with a planned price point of $ 10.
