This means that if users like to avoid materials about some individuals or subjects, they can set the filter accordingly. For example, to exclude the post about Elon Musk, users can add their name to their exclusion list, resulting in feeding their preferences.

Beyond individual exclusion, surf provides equipment for comprehensive feed management. Users can make a custom feed by selecting specific sources, keywords, or hashtags, and apply filters to exclude unwanted materials.
