Nintendo has officially unveiled its much awaited handheld gaming console, Nintendo Switch 2. It claims many upgrades on its favorite predecessor.
Switch 2 is powered by a custom Nvidia chipset, the new console is 256 GB of internal storage and a lively 7.9-inch LCD display, with a resolution of 1920 x 1080. For those who enjoy gaming on large screens, switch 2 60 frames support 4K resolution per second when dock is done (TV mode).
One of the more amazing revelations is the lack of OLED display of Switch 2, a departure from previous models that took OLED technology to a better color depth. Tom’s hardware Notes said that Nintendo may have opted to reduce the cost by renunciation of OLED screen. The battery life of the console has been rate of about 2 to 6.5 hours, which is a decrease of 4.5 to 9 hours of OLED, based on the use of the demanding title.
In particular, the new joy-class has a magnetic attachment to the console, and in some sports can also work like a mouse. The console has two USB-C ports, and supports the Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth, and the ability to upgrade storage, especially with microSD express cards, as the previous standard microSD cards will not be compatible.
