Openai has expanded access to the advanced voice mode of Chatgpt, allowing free users to experience facility with some limitations. For the first plus customers exclusive, this mode enables more natural, real-time interaction using multimodal models such as GPT-4O, which can explain and generate audio, which can respond to non-decent signals such as speech speed and emotional tone.
Free users are given monthly preview of advanced voice mode, in which it is used at 15 minutes per month. On reaching this extent, access to the facility is restricted by next month. In contrast, customers paid on plus, pro, and team plans enjoy high use limits, in which the daily cap is based on a specific scheme of 15 to 30 minutes.
To activate advanced voice mode, users must update their Chatgpt mobile app version 1.2024.206 or later. Once updated, tapping the voice icon on the lower-right corner of the app interface will be motivated to give microphone access to users, which will enable voice interactions. This feature is designed to facilitate more dynamic and attractive conversations, which closely mimics human contact.
